Data Processing Addendum

This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of the agreement between Scofit and its customers regarding the processing of personal data.
1. Roles
Where Scofit processes personal data on a customer's behalf, the customer is the controller and Scofit is the processor.
2. Processing Details
- Purpose: providing the Scofit platform and services.
- Categories of data: identity, business, financial and employment data as submitted via the services.
- Retention: for the duration of the service and as required by law.
3. Security
Scofit implements appropriate technical and organisational measures as described in its Security documentation.
4. Sub-processors
Scofit may engage sub-processors to deliver the services, and will impose data-protection obligations on them.
