Aadhaar OCR WITH QR DECODER

Accepts an Aadhaar image, extracts the QR code, and decodes it based on its type. For a normal QR, XML data is directly parsed to retrieve Aadhaar details; for a secure QR, the encrypted data is internally decrypted and decoded, and OCR is also performed on the visible Aadhaar data for future validation.
